Catering Guidelines

We will be pleased to send you suggested menus for your specific occasion. We would need to know the party date, location, approximate number of guests, a party timetable and your preference for butler passed food. buffet service or full sit down service.

You may also set up an appointment with us to plan your event with the benefit of samples and pictures.  For your event we have china, glassware, silver, linens, tables, and food service equipment which may be rented.  Plastic disposable dinnerware is available at a nominal charge.

• All wait staff personnel are charged from Portal to Portal (4 hours minimum). Servers and bartenders are charged at an hourly rate of $20.00
• Chefs will be charged at an hourly rate of $25.00
• A House Service Charge plus applicable tax will be added to all catered events.

Delivery charges vary by area.  Service charge may apply.

Sales tax is not included

All foods will be presented on appropriate serving pieces.  (Deposit is required for non-catered events).  Hot foods will arrive in chafing dishes or oven to tableware (Rental fee may apply).  The serving pieces are the property of Lightly Epicurean and must be returned.

Sunday orders may carry a special handling fee.
